RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

A deposit secures materials and production time and is therefore non-refundable. Once production has begun, the full balance remains the responsibility of the client.
